Introducing Lightspeed: Our New Club Management Platform!

As we look ahead to the exciting physical improvements outlined in the Sleepy Hollow Growth Project, we’re equally committed to modernizing and enhancing every aspect of the Sleepy Hollow experience.

In celebration of our 65th anniversary, we are thrilled to announce the launch of Lightspeed, a new club management platform that will replace the existing Jonas system. Lightspeed will streamline and manage all aspects of club operations, including membership accounts, food and beverage services, tee times, point of sale, and more.

What Does This Mean for You?

All members will receive a new account on the Lightspeed platform. Within the next 24 hours, you will receive an email from Chronogolf by Lightspeed to activate your new account. This email will provide you with access to your personal dashboard, where you can manage your membership details and book tee times when the course opens this spring.

Next Steps:

To ensure a smooth transition of your membership, billing, payments, minimums, credit book, guest passes, and more, we kindly ask that you activate your account as soon as you receive the activation email. The process is quick and easy, and your prompt action will help ensure everything is set up correctly for the upcoming season.

Activating a Member Account
As a member of Sleepy Hollow Country Club using Chronogolf, and have provided your email address to your club manager, you should have received an email with your account details.
If you haven’t received this email:
  1. Check your Junk/Spam e-mail folder.
  2. If you still can’t find the email, click on ”log in” on www.chronogolf.com and read “the instructions for members” link at the bottom of the window.
  3. Add your email address and click on ”resend email”. The video below will guide you through the process:
Updating Payment Method
Next step is to review your payment method. Although you have already provided the club with a payment method, most member accounts will require adding a payment method due to security protocols by the card issuer. Please ensure you complete the steps below.

1. First Log In to your Chrongolf Customer Profile
2. Navigate to the Settings tab. 
3. Once in the Settings tab in your customer Dashboard select Credit Card Access. 
4. Once you have selected credit card access select Sleepy Hollow in the list of clubs (If there is a list) to add your credit card information to your profile. 
5. Once the course has been selected, press the Add Card Button.
