ONLINE TEE SHEET OPENS FOR LOTTERY REQUESTS: TUESDAY APRIL 21ST

LOTTERY RUNS EVENING OF APRIL 23RD. TEE SHEET OPENS APRIL 24TH.

We anticipate all facilities and services to be open – Golf Course, Driving Range, Bag Storage, Lockers, and Food & Beverage services will all be available beginning on May 1st.

Be advised, wet conditions could impact access to driving range and/or the availability of golf carts. In this event, a notification will be posted to the tee sheet.

TEE TIME RESERVATIONS

There are 2 separate platforms used to make tee time reservations:

Chronogolf [by Lightspeed] – This is your main membership account – Member Profile, Membership Type, House Account, Statements, etc. Use this for tee time reservations up to 7 days in advance.

GolfBack – This platform is used for lottery tee time reservations – Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat & Sun, advanced booking for all Ladies for Wednesdays, and advanced booking for all Men’s League players for Thursdays. New Members will need to “Sign Up” the first time you use this platform. We recommend using the same login credentials as your Chronogolf account.

Lottery requests will open on Tuesday April 21st to start accepting lottery requests for tee time reservations. Request are accepted for 3 days. The order in which requests are received do not impact the results. The lottery closes for requests at 5pm, 8 days in advance. The lottery will run after 5pm. Email notifications are automatically sent upon completion of the lottery. The tee sheet opens 7 days in advance for remaining tee times.

Members must submit their lottery request through the booking platform. Unfortunately, the Proshop cannot process or edit these requests on your behalf.
