Opening Day! – April 28, 2023
You Must Complete Policy & Code Of Conduct Before Opening Day!
April 28th will be the Opening Day for the 2023 Golf Season. Golf Course, Driving Range, Bag Storage, Lockers, and F&B services will all be available on this date, but not before!
In advance of play, all members are required to read the updated Policy Manual and Code of Conduct – More information below.
The Online Tee Sheet will open on Tuesday April 18th at 5pm to start accepting tee time request for the lottery for opening day [April 28th].
Making a tee time request is much the same as booking a tee time. The user experience is very straight forward an intuitive when you login to the tee sheet.
Lottery Days and Times
- Lottery requests can be made 10 days in advance. Lottery requests must be submitted by 5pm to be considered for the next lottery to be run.
- Members will have the opportunity to make changes to their request prior to posting of results. (within 3 days before the lottery is run)
- Monday – Normal lottery
- Tuesday – Senior block and lottery is run around it. (Back 9 start)
- Wednesday – Ladies League blocks, lottery run around it and remaining spots open on Monday morning.
- Thursday- Men’s League participants get priority booking 10 days in advance. All other golfers can book 5 days in advance for remaining tee times.
- Friday – Normal lottery
- Saturday – Normal lottery
- Sunday – Normal lottery
All members, regardless of their member category, will all start with the same points (0). Please refer to the Sleepy Hollow Policy Manual for how points are allocated.
